Terms of Service

These terms describe the basis on which Lezar3D provides design, prototyping, small production, and project guidance services.

Services

Lezar3D provides services that may include:

• 3D design and modeling
• prototype development
• small production support
• project guidance and technical recommendations
• creative and custom object development

Project information

Quotes, recommendations, and timelines are based on the information provided by the client. If project details change, pricing, scope, and delivery timing may also change.

Prototypes and development work

Prototype work is intended to support evaluation, testing, and iteration. A prototype may require adjustments before it is considered final or ready for repeated use.

Lezar3D makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and practical solutions, but development work may involve testing, refinement, and multiple stages before a final result is reached.

Production and tolerances

3D printed parts and custom fabricated objects may include normal variations related to:

• material properties
• machine tolerances
• finishing processes
• assembly methods

Minor differences in appearance, texture, or dimensional accuracy are normal within custom fabrication and prototyping workflows.

Use and responsibility

The client is responsible for evaluating whether a part, prototype, or object is appropriate for its intended use. Where testing, certification, safety validation, or engineering approval is required, those responsibilities remain with the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

The client retains rights to their original project concepts, files, and information provided to Lezar3D.

Lezar3D retains ownership of its internal methods, workflows, pricing structures, and general production know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes and payments

Quotes are valid for a reasonable period unless stated otherwise. Production or project work may require deposits, staged payments, or full payment depending on project type and scope.

Project guidance sessions

Project Guidance Sessions are intended to provide structured clarity, technical direction, and practical next steps. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the session. If important information is missing or changes later, recommendations may also change.

Third-party suppliers

Lezar3D may recommend outside suppliers, materials, or processes when relevant. However, Lezar3D is not responsible for the performance, pricing, lead times, or quality of third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

Lezar3D’s liability is limited to the value of the service or project provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Lezar3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project decisions, delays, testing outcomes, or third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada.
